The Quest was screened at the festival’s closing event

At the 3rd S  Szeklerland  Animation Film Festival, our animated feature The Quest was screened at the festival’s closing event, where more than 200 children and adults joined and met one of the film’s directors, Zsolt Pálfi. During the discussion, participants asked questions, got a peek behind the scenes, and shared the magic of the fairy tale together on the big screen.

On October 25, the animated feature Tales from the Lakeside – Winter Mission was also screened in Sfântu Gheorghe. The children spent the morning in a real cinema atmosphere — laughing, getting excited, and cheering together for the heroes of the reeds. They even had the chance to meet the film’s director, Zsolt Pálfi, who shared stories about how the animated film was made.

This year’s festival offered more than cinema – children learned playfully from several animation professionals, including Zsolt Pálfi, about how an idea comes to life through animation. 

Zsolt also handed out awards for the festival’s drawing competition “The Hero of Health”, which received 614 wonderful entries filled with color, creativity, and love.
